We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

Defective or not working as described
Damaged during shipping
Significantly different from the product listing

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or buyer's remorse.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
For items over $35, please attach a clear photo or video showing the defect
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

Refund Process

Items under $35: Refund issued without requiring a return shipment
Items over $35: Photo/video evidence required; we'll assess on a case-by-case basis
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, particularly for items damaged in transit. We'll always discuss the best option with you.
