Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders

We ship to many countries worldwide. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CELSTEX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at celstexonlineshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at celstexonlineshop@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been shipped.
